Dr. Nikolas Romage is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic and proud graduate of Life University, where he developed a strong foundation in chiropractic science and whole-body health. He is licensed by the Georgia Board of Chiropractic Examiners and currently serves as the lead chiropractor and owner at Georgia Vitality Chiropractic.

With experience spanning across 11 chiropractic mission trips and thousands of adjustments performed worldwide, Dr. Nik brings a global perspective and servant’s heart to his practice.

His approach is rooted in scientific analysis, personalized care, and a deep belief that healing starts within. Whether he’s reviewing X-rays or adjusting families in the office, Dr. Nik is dedicated to helping each patient reach their highest level of vitality and performance.

Tammy Romage is the Director of Operations at Georgia Vitality Chiropractic, where she combines over two decades of executive-level leadership with a passion for wellness and community care.

With 26 years of leadership in business analytics, team leadership, and sales strategy, Tammy plays a critical role in the growth and success of the practice elevating the patient experience, and supports the growth of chiropractic as a powerful solution for whole-body wellness.

As Director of Operations at Georgia Vitality Chiropractic, my mission is to lead with purpose, align strategy with service, and support the delivery of life-changing chiropractic care.

I believe that strong operations allow for deeper healing— and I am committed to building a business that reflects compassion, excellence, and impact at every level.

She’s also a proud mother of Dr. Nikolas Romage and soon-to-be Dr. Jamieson Romage—making this more than a profession;

it’s a personal mission.

Tammy Luebke serves as the Office Manager and Chiropractic Assistant at Georgia Vitality Chiropractic, bringing over 20 years of experience in the chiropractic field. Known for her warm, patient-first approach, Tammy plays a key role in both the front and back office—managing daily operations while assisting in patient care with skill and compassion.

My mission is to create a welcoming, healing-centered environment where every patient feels heard, supported, and empowered on their wellness journey.

With over two decades in chiropractic care, I am passionate about helping people experience the life-changing benefits of chiropractic by combining clinical excellence with genuine connection.
